Though from my recollection there was an early discussion long before closing about selling off the soccer fields and other southern campus sections too.</description>

		<description>Interesting post on academic structure. Worth reading a few times.

 I did not know about real estate development as the cause for Le Mars to call the note on Westmar.  I never read that anywhere in the articles I have collected over the years.
